this app does not work with all video formats

hello

this app is not the best for me, when i try to play a .mov from my finder it plays the movie, but does not play the correct audio, i get a loud sattic noise at full volume up, and when i get this loud noise in the midlle of the night, that is very disturbing for everybody. i threw this app in the trash, i cant afford nieghbour complaints about loud stattic noise .
